Why should you I tutor my children?

We get asked this quite a lot.

There are many fantastic reasons why tutoring might be the right decision for your child or children.

Stretch and Challenge

Sometimes your child might excel in a particular area. Stretching and challenging is very important in these situations so that your child can continue to excel and learn more deeply.

Sometimes tutoring might be needed to do this as schools are not geared up to cater to each individual when this happens.

Catch up

Sometimes a catch up is needed due to circumstances out of our control, as parents.

Tutoring can be really useful for this as 1:1 or small groups allow for the child to not feel anxious about asking questions or not knowing an answer.

Special Needs

Having special needs can be very isolating and demoralising.

Tutoring can improve a child's confidence as well as their ability which can allow them to feel less nervous about attending school and interacting with their peers.

Specific Interest

We all have something that interests us. For some, this interest is something that tutoring can feed into and be a way of learning more about something they are interested in.
